All Packages

We expect all customers to abide by our Terms & Conditions and ValleyMatch Dating Principles.
- We reserve the right to refuse service should we receive multiple reports of abuse.
We do not encourage dating more than one person at a time
The criteria that we use to find matches are the fields you fill out in your profile, these do not include the “additional information” field
- A match is typically someone who meets at least 80% of your criteria and vice versa (you meet their criteria)

There is no limit to the number of matches you receive, but these factors will impact how many people are a mutual fit:
- How narrow your criteria are
- If you fit the criteria of those who fit your criteria (aka do your potential matches find you attractive?)
- Since these are time-based packages, the amount of time that elapses between responses, people’s availability for dates, rescheduling can impact how many matches you get
For the Priority package, we make ourselves available to discuss your dates on a live call.
- On the Core package, any light dating advice over text/email is a courtesy.
The grace period for new members starts from the time you pay to the time we present your first match to you. After your first match is presented, your subscription will be set to renew after 3 months.

In the case that you reject 6 matches that meet at least 80% of your criteria (as defined above), we reserve the right to complete your package and refund half your money back.
